China Visa Services is a private operated visa consultant agency that offers services for obtaining Visas to go to China. China Visa Services does not issue China Visas.

Application Process

China Visa Service will use it best endeavours to process visa applications and takes no liability for any of kind of failure, delays of processing of the application form or passport that may be initiated by Chinese Embassy. China Visa Service takes no responsibility for incomplete, incorrect or falsely completed application forms, wrong or imperfect sustaining credentials. Please note that we are not responsible for any kind of changes in the Visa fees or in documents required for the processing of the visa applications; they are subjected to change anytime without any earlier notifications.

Processing times for Chinese Visa are approximations based on our experience with the Chinese Embassy. These are deemed reliable in most cases but are not guaranteed. We strongly recommend that you do not buy a non-refundable, non-flexible ticket to China, until your visa application has been approved and you have received your visa.


Amendment & Change of visa condition

Amendment can be only made before application lodged to the Chinese Embassy for processing. No amedment after application has been lodged to the Chinese Embassy and after visa is granted. Change of visa condition will result in your visa being invalid, and you must re-apply for your visa. No refund will be given. Visa fee and servie fee will be fully charged.


Cancellation & Withdrawal

Application may only be cancelled or withdrawn at any time before we submit to the Chinese Embassy in Wellington, New Zealand. Any payment we received will be refunded. Courier fee may charge for returing your passport.

No refund will be issued after your application has been submitted to and accepted by the Chinese Embassy in Wellington, New Zealand..


Changes to Procedures and Fees

Visa procedures are not changeable from an urgent process to a regular process. However, you may change from a regular process to an urgent process. Additional fees apply.

Completed visas and passports are normally sent by New Zealand CourierPost or other courier services and are subject to the conditions set by these companies for shipment.



The fees payable by you comprise the visa application fee for the visa, which we forward on to the Chinese Embassy, and our service fee. All fees are subject to change without notice.


Lost & Damage passport and other travel documents

China Visa Service will not be responsible in any respect or for any amount for loss or delay caused by events that we cannot or do not control.


Possession of your passport

Your passport will be held at the Chinese Embassy during the processing. Requesting an early discharge of your passport prior to a visa is being issued will result in your application being withdrawn. No refund will be given. Visa fee and servie fee will be fully charged.



In a case of a refund is approved, it normally takes up to 3 working days to be deposited to your nominated bank account in New Zealand. Credit Card transaction fee is not fundable.


Storage and security of personal information

When you submitting information to this website, your information will be stored in a secure and encrypted database. No information will be disclosed to any third parties unless demand by a governmental or law enforcement authority.



Any applications we received before 11am on weekdays (excluding NZ and Chinese public holidays) will be submitted to the Chinese Embassy before 12pm in the same day. Application received after 11am may only be submitted to the Chinese Embassy on following business day.

We reserve the right to decline processing of visa or passport application for reasons including incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time. We will only submit your application until payment has been received in full.
